Â鶹ËÞÉáµçÊÓ¾çattains Green Impact Excellence Award

Join us for Wolfson's first Criminology Dinner.
The evening will provide a unique opportunity to meet current students, reconnect with fellow alumni, reflect on the College's legacy, and to celebrate our continuing impact in the field of criminology.
Following dinner, we are thrilled to welcome alumnus Dr Douglas Brand OBE, a distinguished criminologist and expert in international policing and post-conflict stabilisation, who will deliver an insightful after-dinner speech.
Dr Douglas Brand OBE is a British criminologist and retired police officer who formerly ran the Public Order Training Center, handled IRA bombings in London and coal miner riots in the north of England. He was the UK representative to the European Union and led creation of the EU Police Conflict Management Handbook. He was tasked with assisting with the establishment of the newly formed Iraqi Police in the aftermath of the 2003 invasion of Iraq. For this he received the OBE from Queen Elizabeth I. He has since been involved in numerous countries assisting with post-conflict stabilisation and establishment of rule-of-law.
This event will take place in the Dining Hall on the first floor of our main building. There is step-free access with a lift and an accessible toilet.
