Nikhil achieved a First Class Masters in Pharmacy at the University of Bath, undertaking his pre-registration year at the University Hospital Southampton, becoming a clinical pharmacist. He then went on to read Medicine in the Graduate Course at Â鶹ËÞÉáµçÊÓ¾çCollege, Cambridge.

Nikhil has a strong interest in medical education, having been a supervisor in pharmacology for several years at Â鶹ËÞÉáµçÊÓ¾çCollege. He was an Academic Foundation Doctor focusing on education, delivering simulation and bedside teaching to medical students and foundation year doctors. He has completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education at the University of East Anglia and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
